Komen Global Race for the Cure for the 5th Year</strong>.&nbsp; With our nation&rsquo;s Capitol Building as a backdrop, nearly <strong>40,000 people</strong> gathered early on Saturday on the National Mall to participate in the 22nd running of the Komen Global Race for the Cure in Washington, D.C.&nbsp; Ambassador Nancy G. Brinker, Susan G.
